The Book’s Construction

The beautiful 160-page book is well constructed and should last many years. Here are some of its features:

• 8.5 x 11 inch hardback
• Laminated cover with satin finish
• Smythe-sewn binding (no better binding exists)
• Offset printed on 60-pound, natural-color, acid-free paper that meets the minimum requirements of the American National Standard for Information Sciences—Permanence of Paper for Printed Library Materials, ANSI Z39.48-1992 (R2002)
• Typeset in Nimbus Roman No9 L
• Headband and footband
• No dust jacket. None is needed since the cover is printed on coated paper and then laminated. Furthermore, dust jackets are a pain; I always remove them.
• Each book is individually shrink wrapped at the factory for protection.
